DUSU election 2024: The voting for the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) is taking place in the national capital today (September 27). The voting of Phase 1 started at 8:30 am and will end at 1:00 pm for day classes, while Phase 2 for the evening shift will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday. Students from various DU colleges are casting their votes to elect new representatives for the positions of president, vice president, secretary, and joint secretary on the central panel. About 1.4 lakh students will cast their votes for the DUSU elections in 2024. A total of 21 students are vying for their positions with eight candidates contesting for the post of president, five for vice-president, and four each for the posts of joint secretary and secretary.
